Target Training (I Don’t Mean Striking)

So this post is probably not what you think .  I am not talking about striking a target on an attacker or even target shooting.  I am referring to targeting specific muscle groups to help shape and tone your body.I lead a NYC based fitness class called  The Self-Defense & Fitness Twist™ which allows women to target train three key areas – the glutes, abs and arms.  The way we target is specific to both conditioning, and the ability to perform self-defense techniques.  Over the next while, I will show you how to target your muscle groups with a little self-defense twist; while achieving  the awesome body you want.
