Situational Awareness – Drills & Tips

Hello!

I have been traveling a lot this month teaching The Soteria Method™.  One of the popular topics brought up in classes was “Situational Awareness”, a basic tactic to increasing your awareness levels. The discussions we had in class prompted me write an article on the subject matter (link provided below). In this article, I share some basic drills that worked for me and I also want to take a moment now to thank The Huffington Post for publishing the blog entry.

Try these simple drills and watch yourself begin to transform into your own personal security agent!

Female Survival Mindset

Hello!

When it comes to developing the Female Survival Mindset against the act or threat of violence, one of the first and most important seeds to plant is accepting the fact that you can become a target of violence or a sexual assault. Authentically accepting the fact that violence can happen anywhere, any time, and for any reason will spark the need and the will to want to take action in protecting your safety.
